Ordering online

Do I need to set up an account before ordering something online?

It is not necessary to set up an account before you make purchases with us.  You can check out your purchases as a guest.  However, if you register an account you can track your order, request returns and save certain preferences which will make future purchases easier.

What if I forget my password to my account?

You can click “My account” followed by “Lost your password”. An email to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address. 

Will you send me an order confirmation?

After you have placed an order through our online store, we will send you an order confirmation to your registered email address.  If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact products@verita.com. If you have entered an incorrect email during your purchase, please contact products@verita.com and we will send you the order details.

How do I change or modify my order?

An order cannot be changed or modified, or combined with other orders once the item has been processed by our warehouse. Before our warehouse starts processing the order, we can update the quantity. Please contact products@verita.com as soon as possible to inform us of the changes to your order and make sure to have your order number available. Any change or modification is not allowed after our warehouse has processed the order. However, you can always return the item within 7 days after receipt subject to our return/exchange policy.

How do I cancel my order?

In order to cancel an order, you must contact products@verita.com before our warehouse starts processing it, after that we cannot guarantee a cancellation. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and cancellation is no longer allowed.  When cancellation is not permitted, you can return your order for a refund instead.

How do I update or change my shipping address?

You cannot update, modify or change your shipping address yourself after the order has been placed. To change your shipping address, you must contact products@verita.com before the order has been shipped.  We will then advise you if your updated, modified or changed shipping address incurs any additional delivery costs and you agree to pay for such additional costs.

I can’t find a certain item online, what should I do?

Please contact us at products@verita.com and we will assist you with your enquiry.

When will my favorite items be restocked?

We will add items to our online shop as soon as it comes back in stock.

Do you have a physical store?

You can make direct purchase of our items by visiting us at 2 Leng Kee Road, #04-08, Thye Hong Center, Singapore 159086 from Monday to Friday, 10.00 am to 6.00 pm except public holidays.  Please contact us by email products@verita.com or phone +65 6733 3627 to make an appointment before visiting our store.

Shipping and Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to fulfill your order within 1-4 business days, subject to payment clearance, shipping method and stock availability.

After submitting your order to us, your items should arrive within 1-2 business days if you have selected express shipping and 3-4 business days for standard shipping.  As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Our warehouses operate Monday to Friday except public holidays.

Where is my order shipping from?

Orders will be shipped from our Singapore warehouse.

How do I track my order?

We aim to send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped. 

How are orders shipped?

We use local third party courier services to ship your orders.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for the package?

We insure your items against theft and accidental damage during transit from our warehouse to your address.  The items are no longer covered by insurance once you have received them.  Our delivery service provider may require a signature upon delivery, therefore please make sure you are available at the shipping address to receive your package.

Where do you deliver to?

Currently we only ship orders within Singapore.

How much are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping for all orders of $60 or more.  For 1-2 days express delivery, it is a fixed fee of $10. For 3-4 days standard delivery, it is a fixed fee of $4.50.


What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept bank transfer for orders made in Singapore and also VISA, Master Card, American Express & Discovery Card via PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Your personal online security is very important to us. Currently, credit card payments to our online store are processed by PayPal, which uses industry security standards in processing your credit card payments. We do not process or store any credit card information in our database.

In which currency will my purchase be made?

We charge in Singapore dollars.

When will I be charged?

If you use bank transfer payment mode, the monies are transferred to us immediately or within a few working days by your bank. For orders made via the PayPal payment method, PayPal will place a charge on your card and you should be able to see the PayPal transaction in your next credit card statement.

Can I save my card details?

Your credit card details are stored only by our payment service provider PayPal and we will not be able to see the details. You can choose to store your credit card details with PayPal if you want a smoother checkout the next time you order with us.

Why was my credit/debit card declined at checkout?

If your order attempt was declined, this can often be due to your bank. We suggest that you contact your bank or card-issuing company to ask if they have any kind of block on your card. If you receive another error message, please contact products@verita.com and we will assist you as best as we can.

Will there be any additional costs to my order?

Before you place your order, we will show you the total costs from your ordered products.  Your order will not be subject to any additional charges after you have submitted your order to us, unless there were changes or modifications to your order.

Can I claim a tax refund on a purchase made online?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer tax refunds online.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return / exchange policy?

All returns/exchanges must be shipped/postmarked back to us within 7 days of receipt, in its original packaging. Once the product is received at our warehouse and deemed acceptable for a refund, we will return funds minus any outbound shipping cost to your original method of payment within 30 days of the return/exchange. You will be notified by email.

Note: For all exchanges you must request a refund. You then may re-order the correct item(s) once a refund has been issued to your account.

How do I return / exchange an item?

To return/exchange an item, please contact products@verita.com and request a return/exchange. Make sure you provide your Order ID, and reason for the return/exchange. Our customer support team will then send you the appropriate return address.

Note: For all exchanges you must request a refund. You then may re-order the correct item(s) once a refund has been issued to your account.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

We will need to establish the details of the damage before we decide how to proceed. Please do not send anything back to us without our damage assessment and confirmation. Please contact us at products@verita.com and provide us with your Order ID and type/nature of the damage or defect

I want to return something but I checked out as a guest or don’t have an account. What do I do?

Please contact products@verita.com and provide us with your order ID and reason/exchange.

I received an item from you as a gift. Can I return it?

If the gift was bought from us online, you can return it within 7 days upon delivery. We require the name of the person that bought the gift, Order ID, and the item must be in its original condition with all the labels still attached. If the items are returned for a refund, this can only be issued to the person who made the payment in accordance with his/her original form of payment.

Will I receive a full refund?

When returning items from your order, if such returns are shipped/postmarked within 7 days of receipt, and are returned in their original condition, then we will issue a refund EXCLUDING any initial shipping cost.  For free shipments, we will issue a refund EXCLUDING a shipping fee of $15.

When do I get my refund?

When we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email confirmation. Normally it takes 5 business days before you can see the refund back on your account, depending on your bank/credit card or form of payment.
